When ordering this, place the order for this prodcut online as usual, but then you MUST ship us AT LEAST one (we prefer 2) of your inserts. Also included in the box with your inserts, please put a business card or a piece of paper with your contact inofrmation or Order #. Custom Jigs may take 1-3 weeks to complete.
