**If Paying by phone with a credit card, please place the order online and choose the check/credit card by phone option then call to make payment. ALL ORDERS MUST GO THROUGH OUR WEBSITE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING Orders outside of the US, you can order directly on our site using PayPal but there will be additional shipping charges. We will send a paypal invoice for the difference in shipping once order is packaged up.  NOTICE!!!! Orders OUTSIDE of the US, are NOT COVERED BY US FOR LOSS or DAMAGE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. We will provide a tracking number as proof of shipment but after that it is out of our hands. It is too expensive for us to try and warranty fragile items overseas.
Shipping: We ship USPS with insurance and tracking. We ship regularly on Tuesdays and Fridays and occasionally on other days of the week.
Jigs: If you are ordering a custom jig, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for completion. You must send us your toneboard and/or CADD files before we can start. Please contact us ahead of time for arrangements or for quotes. Please send toneboards without reeds or cork. Toneboards will be returned with the jig. In the rare case of damage to the supplied insert: 99% of the time, the toneboard isn’t damaged during making of the jig. Of those 99% can still be made into a jig without problems, but we cannot guarantee the insert be returned undamaged.

Custom Orders: No refunds on custom orders excluding jigs that are not yet in production. Blanks are considered in production as soon as payment is received.

Payment: If you do not have a paypal account you can still use the PayPal option and when you arrive at PayPal’s login page, choose the “I don’t have a PayPal account” option, in which you are taken to a page where you can pay with a credit card without having a Paypal account.
If you wish to not use PayPal’s gateway you can choose the check/credit card by phone option to place your order then call us at 810-584-5610 with a credit card to complete payment.

Backorders: We try to keep on top of any backorders. If an ordered item is in fact back ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or refund your payment until the item is in stock. Usually we have a pretty good idea when items will be back in stock.
