International Orders Orders outside of the US, you can order directly on our site using PayPal but there will be additional shipping charges. We will send a paypal invoice for the difference in shipping once order is packaged up.  NOTICE!!!! Orders OUTSIDE of the US, are NOT COVERED BY US FOR LOSS or DAMAGE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. We will provide a tracking number as proof of shipment but after that it is out of our hands. It is too expensive for us to try and warranty fragile items overseas.

Shipping: We ship with USPS and have 3 options. Economy, which is USPS first class. It is cheaper, but ONLY to be used for cork reeds, a few gutserts, etc. Not blanks, mandrels, or jigs. Our other two options are USPS Priority. With Priority Plus, we use an additional 3rd party insurance and will will handle the insurance claim for you. We will cover the claim out of pocket if the claim is denied. With Regular Priority, we DO NOT insure the order beyond the $100 insurance that comes from USPS. YOU will be responsible for handling the claim. We will assist be sending you documents if needed. We highly recommend using Priority Plus if you want your order protected.

Custom Blank Orders: No refunds on custom orders excluding jigs that are not yet in production. Blanks are considered in production as soon as payment is received.

Payment: If you do not have a paypal account you can still use the PayPal option and when you arrive at PayPal’s login page, choose the “I don’t have a PayPal account” option, in which you are taken to a page where you can pay with a credit card without having a Paypal account.
If you wish to not use PayPal’s gateway you can choose the check/credit card by phone option to place your order then call us at 810-584-5610 with a credit card to complete payment.

Backorders: We try to keep on top of any backorders. If an ordered item is in fact back ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or refund your payment until the item is in stock. Usually we have a pretty good idea when items will be back in stock.
